慢性踝關節不穩定族群是指踝關節將出現長期不穩定伴隨疼痛、無力感的症狀,且容易反覆扭傷者,而扭傷經常發生在著地動作過程中。因此,本篇研究目是透過運動生物力學的觀點探討踝關節不穩定族群與著地動作,並提供運動員或教練對於踝關節不穩定的訓練參考。本研究結論:慢性踝關節不穩定患者主要以本體感覺功能受損所致,靜態穩定與動態穩定性訓練要持續加強,以增加韌帶中本體感覺功能受器的刺激,減少功能性不穩定的損傷所帶來的反覆性踝關節損傷。
