律動,是兒童表達自己對音樂感受和理解最直接、最喜愛的方式(黃志江,2009)。兒童在音樂的伴隨下,做出規律、有美感的身體動作,是音樂與肢體結合的最佳展現。律動教學是符合兒童心理和生理特性的教學活動,對兒童的身心發展有良好的助益,也能大大提升學習熱情,更是有效達成教學目標的途徑。以兒童生活經驗入手、搭配使用流行歌曲及帶入適合好玩的遊戲為策略,必能激發兒童的創意及想像力,帶動兒童主動參與學習的意願,並延續學習的樂趣,相信能讓每一次的課堂經驗既成功又美好。另外,適時提供表演的舞台,讓兒童將課堂上所學在才藝發表會、運動會或體育表演活動來展現學習的成果,更能幫助兒童建立自信心及提高表現的能力。然而現行音樂課程節數不足,影響律動教學之融入時數與成效甚鉅,相關單位在課程節數的安排上應重視此一問題。

英文摘要

Cadence is the most straightforward and favored expression for children to convey their understanding and feeling toward music. (Zhi - Jiang Huang, 2009) Along with music playing, regular and appealing body movements and postures are the best combined presentation of music and body. Cadence teaching, in accord with child psychology and physiology, renders assistance to the physical and mental development of children, the prompting of children's learning enthusiasm and the goal achievement of teaching. The strategy is to begin with children's life experience and utilize POP music and games, aiming to inspire children's creativity and imagination, to encourage active leaning willingness, and to extend the fun of learning while successful and joyful learning experience can be generated. In order to build up children's confidence and enhance their performing ability, a performing platform where children can exhibit what they have learnt from classes can be offered; for example, talent shows, sport days and athletic events. Nevertheless, the deficiency of music classes has seriously affected the hours of cadence teaching and thus its effect, which shall be highlighted to the associated departments of class planning.
