目的:探討在不同睡眠時數下進行高強度運動訓練對健康B型肝炎帶原者血液功能的影響。方法:本研究共募集16位健康B型肝炎帶原者為研究對象,其中包括8位每日睡眠時間為6小時(6H組)及8位每日睡眠時間為8小時(8H組),共兩組。兩組受試者皆須在跑步機上,從事運動強度為85%VO2max,時間為30分鐘,每週3次,共8週的跑步運動訓練,並於實驗前(T1)、第4週訓練結束後(T2)、第8週訓練結束後(T3)及停止訓練4週後(T4)進行抽血。所得血液功能資料均以混合設計二因子變異數分析加以檢定。結果:一、lymphocyte:當組別為6H時,T4的數值顯著高於T1、T2及T3的數值(p<.05)。當組別為8H時,T4的數值顯著高於T1的數值(p<.05);二、RBC:當組別為6H時,T2的數值顯著低於T4的數值(p<.05)。當組別為8H時,T2的數值顯著低於T1、T3及T4的數值(p<.05)。三、hemoglobin:當組別為6H時,T3的數值顯著低於T1、T2及T4的數值(p<.05)。當組別為8H時,T2的數值顯著低於T1及T4的數值(p<.05)。結論:不論的睡眠時數長短進行高強度運動訓練都會使B型肝炎帶原者體內免疫反應增加及降低訓練期間的輸氧能力。

英文摘要

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of high intensity training in different sleep hours on blood parameters in hepatitis B carriers. Methods: Sixteen male hepatitis B carriers were participated in this study. It includes eight subjects with 6 sleep hours (6H) and eight subjects with 8 sleep hours (8H). All subjects were be asked to run on treadmill at 85% VO2max, 30 minutes per day, three times a week for eight weeks. The blood samples collected at pre-training (T1), and post-4 weeks training (T2), and post-8 weeks training (T3), and 4 weeks after detraining (T4). All data will be analyzed by mixed design two-way ANOVA. Results:1) lymphocyte: At 6H, the values at T4 are higher than these at T1, T2 and T3 (p< .05). At 8H, the value at T4 is higher than it at T1 (p< .05). 2) RBC: At 6H, the value at T2 is lower than it at T4 (p< .05). At 8H, the value at T2 is lower than these at T1, T3 and T4 (p< .05). 3) hemoglobin: At 6H, the value at T3 is lower than these at T1, T2 and T4 (p< .05). At 8H, the value at T2 is lower than these at T1 and T4 (p< .05). Conclusion: The adverse changes were shown after high intensity training time on immune responds and ability to carry oxygen in hepatitis B carriers no matter sleep hours.
