影響健美運動成績表現的因素相當多,包括遺傳基因、對手水準、訓練偏好、運動營養、訓練階段與心理因素等,選手若未經過系統化的計畫與評估,即冒然地模仿世界級健身好手的練習方式與訓練課表,除了無法達到原本應有的訓練效果之外,更可能造成身體方面嚴重的傷害,選手與教練對此不可不慎。有鑑於此,為有效地提升健美選手的訓練成效與成績表現,製定符合選手個人特性的重量訓練課表已成為每位選手或教練必須考量的重要因素,若能因此改善選手的體型劣勢、促進選手體格的全面發展並強化自我效能,相信選手下一次比賽的成績表現將更為傑出。 |
英文摘要 |
Quite a lot of factors influencing the performance of bodybuilding achievement, including genetic, competitors level, training prefer, sport nutrition, training stage and psychological factor, etc. If the athletes imitate the training methods and routines of world class players without systematical planning and assessing, they couldn't reach the training result and could cause the serious injury of body, the athletes and coaches must be careful about this. It is important to each athlete and coach in making weight training curriculum suited characteristic of each athlete to improve the training results and achievement effectively. If that improves the body sizes and self efficiency of athletes, the results in next match will be more outstanding. |
