運動競技學系學生就讀動機調查分析

本研究目的旨在瞭解長榮大學運動競技學系學生之就讀動機，以做為學校系上招生課程安排參考。以長榮大學104 學年度第一學期日夜間部已註冊實際在校一年級學生為研究對象，以問卷調查方式進行研究。調查期間共發放問卷110份，有效問卷102 份，有效率為92.73%。相關資料以描述性統計、t 檢定、變異數分析等進行分析。研究結果發現：一、運動競技學系學生就讀動機最主要的因素是喜歡運動、想成為優秀運動競技人才、對運動競技工作很感興趣等。二、不同背景變項學生就讀動機差異，在不同性別達到顯著差異，在不同學制則未達顯著差異。建議：本研究顯示學生就讀運動競技學系受到內在動機之影響較大，因此未來在招生策略及課程安排上應多加考量。

The purpose of this study is to understand the university athletic department EVA students' learning motivation, to do for the school enrollment system on the curriculum reference. In the first semester of the academic year 104 University. On the night of the first grade school department has registered the actual students as the research object, study by way of questionnaire. During the investigation, a total of 110 questionnaires were issued, 102 valid questionnaires, and the effective rate was 92.73%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, variance analysis and so on. The results showed that: first, sports students studying motivation factors is the most important love sports, to become outstanding athletic talent, the sport was interested in the work. Two, different backgrounds of the students studying motivation of difference, with significant differences in different gender, different students in the system is not statistically significant differences. Suggestions: students studying sports department is influenced by the intrinsic motivation of the larger according to this study, so the future in enrollment strategy and curriculum should be more consideration.
