The main purpose of this study is to explore the situation of the coaching leadership behavior, team cohesion and satisfaction of the first-class baseball team players in colleges and universities. This study was conducted by means of questionnaire survey. The Perceived Coach Leadership Behavior Scale, Team Cohesion Power Table and Satisfaction Scale were used as research tools. A total of 439 open-ended baseball teams in colleges and universities in 107 academic years were selected as research objects. Descriptive statistics, single factor analysis, independent sample t test, Scheffe post hoc test, Pearson product difference correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis, after discussion, found that: First, college and university A first-class baseball team players perceive coach leadership behavior scores highest "training and pointing. The "guided behavior" scored the highest, the "care behavior" followed, and the "authoritative behavior" scored the lowest. Second, the team's cohesiveness has the highest score in "interpersonal attraction" and "teamwork" in the four face "Interpersonal affinity" scored the lowest. Third, college and university A first-class baseball team players in the training satisfaction, "training leadership and training content" score.
