石鼓盤溪上游防砂工程整治之初步探討

嘉義縣阿里山鄉豐山村為土石流常發生之地區，林務局嘉義林區管理處於豐山村辦理完成「石鼓盤溪上游防砂工程」，本文針對該地區之基本資料作調查與彙整，分析治理方法，探討整治工程之效益。結果顯示，利用現場溪床大量之塊石設計施做梳子壩等工程構造物，除達整治成效外更可節省經費，清疏排洪斷面，調和自然景觀，並兼具生態保育之功效。

Feng-shan village in A-li-shan of Chia-yi county is the area where debris flow often happened. The Chia-Yi Forest District Office had completed engineering renovation of Shi-Gu-Pan Stream. This paper investigated and collects basic materials of this area, analyzed the administration method and probed into benefit of renovating the project. The result showed that, utilizing a large number of stones from stream bed to design and construct such projects as the slit dam which can save the funds even more besides reaching the effect of renovating, dredge and drain off floodwaters in the section, mediate the natural landscape, have efficiency of ecological child care concurrently.
