Nineteen Chinese female soccer players (forward 4、midfield 7、 back 6 and goalkeeper 2) with age 21.5±1.8 years. height 162.3±5.8 cm, weight 55.1±5.4 kg, before 2 months of the Asian Games, accepted the ran tests of 30-m、 400 -m and 12 minutes ran-walk after 3-week training. Using Pearson product-moment correlation to analyze the above mention test dates by coaches for understanding the relationships about running scores of every different distance then surmised the filling status of aerobic or anaerobic energy. The score of 400-m had significant correlation to 30-m (r=.55. p<.05) but much negative correlation to 12 minutes ran walk (r=-.76, p<.01). It might show that the score of 30-m or 12 minutes ran-walk turn to better if 400-us takes less time. Otherwise, the negative correlation 55 as also found between 30-in to 12 minutes run-walk (r=-.20. p>.05). We concluded that the positive relationship might exist between anaerobic ability to aerobic ability, especially the aerobic ability got better when the phosphagen system of anaerobic had predominant performance in Chinese female soccer players.
