旋轉式鉛球投擲技術出現於70年代,在世界性的大型田徑比賽中,有一半以上的男性鉛球選手採用旋轉式鉛球投擲技術,旋轉式鉛球投擲技術已成爲現在鉛球投擲技術發展的趨勢。 隨著旋轉式鉛球投擲技術不斷的發展,對此技術特點的認識也更深入,鉛球投擲不僅是注重絕對力量的力量性項目,它更表現出速度力量的特點,並且盡可能加長施力於鉛球上的有效距離,追求更大出手初速度,充分發揮身體的能力。 旋轉鉛球投擲動作分爲七個階段: 1.預備階段。 2.過渡階段。 3.左腳單支撐階段。 4.騰空階段。 5.右腳單支撐階段。 6.雙腳支撐階段。 7.投擲階段。 本文依各階段之技術結構進行分析探討,希望藉此提供許多相關的訊息給予教練和選手在鉛球投擲技術訓練上之參考。

英文摘要

Rotational shot put technique appeared in 60, 70's. Nowadays in worldwide Track & Field competitions, most male shot put athletes adopt rotational shot put technique. Rotational shot put technique has become a trend of shot put event development. With the rotational shot put technique constant developing, people deeply recognize the particular of this technique. Shot put is not only a power event that emphasizes physical strength, but also a speed event that represents speed-strength Athletes should prolong the force on shot put in an effective distance, get the biggest release velocity as possible, and bring their body abilities in to full play. Rotational shot put technique is separated into 7 phases. 1. Preparation phase 2. Transition phase 3. Left foot single support phase 4. Flight phase 5. Right single support phase 6. Double support phase 7. Release phase This article is about analyzing and discussing the rotational shot put technique of each phase And hope offering some information to coaches and athletes in the rotational shot put technique training.
