大陸職業籃球甲A聯賽經營現況及面臨問題分析

大陸體育當局於1995年10月在北京召開全國男籃甲級籃球聯賽會議，通過了「中國籃球栛會運動單轉隊暫行條例」以及「俱樂部暫才條例」，揭開了大陸男子對職業化改革的序幕。目前大陸職業藍球甲A聯賽共有十三個球隊角逐年度大賽王座，每年最後兩名降級甲B球賽，其缺再由該年度甲B聯賽冠、亞軍球隊升級爲甲A。2002年籃球運動管理中心也通過女籃職業化比賽，已在2月18日正式舉行女籃職業籃球甲A聯賽，共有12個女籃球隊參賽。 乍看之下，大陸職業男藍甲A聯賽以及女籃職業籃球甲A聯賽頗具規模，但是其中的問題諸如：籃球觀眾市場人口、經營方式與制度、產權機制、籃球人才培養工程、媒體傳播、球賽質量的提昇、轉變經營的管理理念、、等都是需要改革的思考問題。然而大陸籃球管理中心的角色定位卻是管理者又是執行者更是仲裁者，整個職業籃球比賽的缺失無法做客觀評量，因此改善大陸職籃比賽的一些缺失，是大陸職籃的當務之急。

The associations of China Sports held a meeting of CBA in Beijing in October1995, which approved The Provisional Team-Transfer Ordinance of CBA players and The Provisional ordinance of Clubs, and thus turned a new curtain of CBA-professionalized. There are thirteen professional basketball A teams now competing for the annual game. The rule is that the two lost A teams will descend to B Team, and the teams which come first and second in the B Team. Associated competition will ascend to A Team In 2002, The China Basketball Management Center approved, too, the ordinance of Female CBA-professionalized. There will be a competition of Female professional Basketball A Team held formally on February 18, with twelve teams running for it. Roughly speaking, CBA and WCBA had a good start. But there are still some questions requiring pondering, such as the market of basketball spectators, the management and systems, the system of ownership, the training project of basketball players, media communication, the advancement of the quality and quantity of basketball games, the change of managing principles of running, and etc. However, The China Basketball Management Center is the manager, executer and judger as well. The outcome of professional basketball games will not be evaluated objectively. Therefore, it is urgent for The China Basketball Management Center to improve the games, to make them better.
