高科技已成為台灣經濟發展的主要產業,在這科技日益發達的環境下,愈是依賴專業知識與技術的產業,就應該愈重視企業內部的在職進修員工,因為人才是公司最重要的核心資產。而高科技產業屬高成長、高盈餘,員工的年所得相對的也比一般其他行業高,雖然薪資福利水準較高,但人員的流動率卻仍然偏高,因此如何留住優秀的在職進修員工,讓人才充分發揮個人的潛力,並強化對組織的認同感,進而提昇工作滿意度,降低離職率的發生,這已成為當下組織最重要的課題。本研究採用問卷調查方式,以高科技產業之在職進修員工為研究對象,再經由t檢定、迴歸及差異化等統計方法進行分析,探討在職進修員工之工作滿意度與離職傾向之關聯性研究。

英文摘要

High-tech industry has become a major industry for economic development in Taiwan; under the technologies increasingly develop environment, the more dependent on the professional knowledge and technology of industries should be more emphasis on on-job employees. That's because the on-job employees are important core assets for an enterprise. The high-tech industries are high growth, high earnings, and relative annual income of employees is also higher than other industries. Although the higher level of salary and compensation, but the staff turnover rate is still high. Therefore, how to reserve the talent, realize their full potential, strengthen the organizational commitment and improve job satisfaction to reduce turnover rate has become the most important issues for an organization present. This study focuses on the relationship between leadership style, on-job employee personality and job satisfaction.This study used survey methods to the on-job employees of high-tech industries as the research object, and then by using statistical analysis of t-test and differentiation to analyze the relationship between on-job employee and job satisfaction, the Personality of turnover intention.
