The purpose of this study is to measure salespersons' job performance when they are under pressure and when they are satisfied in comparison between the new generation and the old generation. The qualitative data collected by depth face-to-face interviews to both target groups: the new generation and the old generation. Our results show that there are different factors to affect performance under work pressure in the new generations and old generations. Further, the new generation is facing extra workload and training sessions on the weekends, and having to explore and cultivate new clientele by cold calling which have negative impact on performance. The old generation is given flexible work schedule, employee benefits and great relationship between colleagues which have positive impact on job performance.
