本研究使用心物法來探討手部條件和頻率對於國人女性工作時間為一小時的提攜能力效應。自變項為手部條件(單手與雙手)及提攜頻率(6次/分、1次/分及1次/5分),依變項為最大可承受提攜重量(HAWC)、心搏率(HR)、和主觀施力知覺評量(RPE)。共徵募十五位女性受試者參與實驗,每位受試者均以隨機化的順序執行6種不同的提攜作業。結果顯示,手部條件對於MAWC和HR有顯著的效應,單手MAWC大約為雙手81.8%,且心搏率較低。提攜頻率對於所有的依變項均有顯著的效應。提攜頻率越小,MAWC越大,且HR、手臂RPE、全身RPE及整體RPE均較低,整體而言,本研究建議儘量以每分鐘一次且對稱式的雙手提攜進行人工物料搬運,比較可以降低搬運人員的生理成本負荷。

英文摘要

This study applied the psychophysical method to evaluate the hand condition and carrying frequency effects on carrying capacity for a one-hour working time. The independent variables were hand condition (one-hand and two-hands) and carrying frequency (6 carryings / min, 1 carrying / min, and 1 carrying / 5 min). The dependent variables were maximum acceptable weight of carrying (MAWC), heart rate (HR) and the rating of perceived exertion (RPE). Fifteen female subjects recruited as participants in these experiments. Participants performed six different experimental combinations in random order. The results show that the hand condition has significant effect on MAWC and heart rate. The MAWC of one-hand is about 81.8% that of two-hands. The carrying frequency significantly influenced the MAWC, HR and RPE values. The smaller the frequency, the larger MAWC and accompanied with smaller HR, arm RPE, whole body RPE and overall RPE. In general, the two-hand combination with one carry per min produced higher performance with lower induced physiological load.
