英文摘要 |
A total of 12 male subjects were recruited in this study. The psychophysical method was used to determine the handling method (lifting and lowering), frequency (0.2, 1 and 6 times / min) and hand condition (one-hand and two-hands) effects on the maximum acceptable weight of lifting and lowering tasks for a one-hour operation period. In addition to collecting the maximum acceptable weight, the heart rate (HR) and the rating of perceived exertion perception (RPE) were collected and analyzed. The results showed that: (1) Handling method had no significant effect on the MAW, but it had a significant effect on the HR and the overall RPE. The lifting task required more physical exertion than the lowering task. (2) Hand condition has a significant effect on MAW, HR and overall RPE, the MAW for two-hands is significantly larger than that for one-hand, HR is higher, but the overall RPE is smaller. (3) Frequency has significant effect on MAW, HR and overall RPE. MAW decreased significantly as the frequency increased, but HR and overall RPE increased significantly. (4) The handling method and hand condition have a significant interactive effect. Lowering with two-hands was more favorable than lifting with two-hands. Lifting with one-hand was more favorable than lowering with one-hand. The handling method has a significant interaction effect with the frequency, which is advantageous for high and medium frequency lifting tasks, while at low frequencies it is advantageous for lowering tasks. Finally, for the lowering task, the hand condition in lowering tasks has a significant interaction with the frequency, an increase in frequency, is more favorable for two-hands. It is believed that this study will be helpful for the establishment of a database manual for materials handling, injury prevention and personnel screening. |
