本研究旨在探討大專學生參與原始生活體驗後對於其情緒智力(EQ)的影響。共有48位大專學生參與本研究計劃,其中24位為華梵大學原生社的社員(為實驗組),另24位為非原生社學生(為控制組)。實驗組學生除了參與原生社平常所安排的原始活動外,亦須於寒暑假參與小神童原始生活體驗的活動。為了瞭解實驗組學員的EQ是否有所成長,本研究特別參考相關文獻設計EQ量表,並測其效度與信度,經修改後再發給控制組和實驗組的學生填寫。資料分析後顯示,實驗組學生在參與原始生活體驗前其EQ與控制組並無差異,而參與活動後,EQ則有顯著上升的效應,特別是在妥善管理情緒、人際關係的管理及整體情緒商數等構面均達到顯著改善的效應。整體而言,本研究証實原始生活體驗對於大專學生之EQ成長具有正面的功用,值得大專院校推廣。

英文摘要

This study explores the impact of college students' participation in original life experiences on their emotional intelligence (EQ). A total of 48 college students participated in this research project, of which 24 were members of Huafan University's original club (the experimental group), and the other 24 were non-original club students (the control group). In addition to participating in the original activities arranged by the original society, the students in the experimental group must also participate in the activities of the little prodigy's original life experience during the winter and summer vacations. In order to understand whether the EQ of the students in the experimental group has grown, this study designed an EQ scale with reference to relevant literature, and tested its validity and reliability. After modification, it was sent to the students in the control group and the experimental group to fill in. The data analysis shows that the EQ of the students in the experimental group is not different from that of the control group before participating in the original life experience, but after participating in the activities, the EQ has a significant increase effect, especially in the proper management of emotions, the management of interpersonal relationships and the overall mood of the quotient and other dimensions have achieved significant improvement. Overall, this study confirms that original life experience has a positive effect on the EQ growth of college students, which is worthy of promotion by colleges and universities.
