本文試圖就筆者在華梵大學任教期間所帶領的五十梯隊「小神童原始生活體驗營」予以分析歸納,而建構成一「多層次的體驗營模式」,並就此一模式所具備的條件予以分析闡述,之後發現此種體驗營模式其有如氣象學中的共伴效應,為了區別起見,筆者將之命名為「共伴學習效應」。最後,本文以「1999奮起湖夏之旅~小神童原始生活體驗營」為例,來闡述此一多層次體驗營模式的規劃、執行和檢討,並就其共伴學習效應予以評估。整體而言,本研究證實多層次體驗營模式具有顯著的共伴學習效應,值得大專院校推廣,以培養大專學生的就業能力,而且也有助於國小學童照顧自己,關心別人的能力提升。 |
英文摘要 |
This article attempts to analyze and summarize the 50-echelon "Little Prodigy Primitive Life Experience Camp" led by the author during his teaching at Huafan University, and construct a "multi-level experience model", and analyze the conditions of this model. After expounding, it was found that this kind of experience camp mode has the accompanied effect in meteorology. For the sake of distinction, the author named it "accompanied learning effect". Finally, this article takes "1999 Fenqihu Summer Tour~Little Prodigy's Primitive Life Experience Camp" as an example to explain the planning, implementation and review of this multi-level experience camp program, and to comment on its accompanied learning effect. On the whole, research has confirmed that the multi-level experience camp model has a significant accompanied learning effect, which is worthy of promotion by colleges and universities to cultivate the employability of college students, and it also helps elementary school children to take care of themselves and improve their ability to care for others. |
