多層次的體驗營模式已被證實具有共伴學習的效應。本文旨在闡述具有多層次體驗模式的「曲冰拓荒畢業旅行」之規劃、執行、及其後續效應。1987年,明志工專第十九屆畢業生陳守和、陳瑞楨、張秋雄,以及韓明寰等四人在吳水丕教授的指導下,將「高科技」、「高感受」、「高素質」的理念融入「曲冰拓荒」的畢業旅行,在「先苦後甘」以及「安全至上」、「體驗為主」、「團康為輔」的原則下,規劃了六天五夜的畢業旅行。此一活動行程包含「有難同當」、「有福同享」、以及「我們都是這樣長大的」三個階段,共有九十多位大專畢業學生參加,活動結束後證實對於參與者之自我生存、人際溝通、以及人格養成等方面均有顯著的成長。而對於負責的幹部,在問題解決、領袖養成、團隊合作以及活動規劃的能力則有顯著的提升。此外,此一活動也證實對學弟和其他班級有顯著的影響。最後,經畢業後的長期追蹤,發現明志十九管與其他班級有顯著的差異,無論是家庭、事業、同學之間的感情等都有正向的效應,值得大專教授參考。

英文摘要

The multi-level experiential camp model has been proven to have co-learning effects. This article aims to elaborate on the planning, execution, and subsequent effects of the "Qu Bing Pioneer Graduation Trip" with a multi-level experiential model. In 1987, four graduates of the 19th class of Ming Chih Technical Institute, including Chen Shouhe, Chen Ruizeng, Zhang Qiuxiong, and Han Minghuan, under the guidance of Professor Wu Shuipi, integrated the concepts of "high technology," "high sensation," and "high value" into the graduation trip of "Qu Bing Pioneer". Following the principles of "bitter before sweet," "safety first," "experience-oriented," and "recreational support," a six-day-five-night graduation trip was planned. This activity schdule consisted of three stages: "sharing hardships," "sharing blessings," and "we all grew up like this," with over ninety college graduates participating. It was confirmed after the event that there was significant growth in aspects such as self-survival, interpersonal communication, and character development among the participants. Additionally, the responsible corecadres showed significant improvements in problem-solving, leadership development, teamwork, and event planning abilities. Furthermore, this activity also had a significant impact on younger students and other classes. Finally, through long-term follow-up after graduation, it was found that the 19th class of Ming Chih Technical Institute had significant differences compared to other classes, with positive effects on relationships within families, careers, and among classmates, which is worth referencing for college professors.
