筷子的使用是費力槓桿的一種。代表使用筷子時都是費力的,且這種費力的是每天持續的在發生,對手造成經常性的負擔,容易不自覺的增加成患者上肢肌肉骨骼疾病(MSD)的風險和對手部形成累積性傷害。如何減少筷子對手部肌肉的負擔須對使用筷子時施力的肌群作探討。本研究經文獻探討將筷子的使用分為四個階段,並透過主觀問卷與客觀的EMG測量方式對筷子使用的四階段(1.涉及手腕運動的階段。2.調諧階段;包括精細轉動和調整運動。3.初始接觸階段;接觸區域適合最小負載力的時間段。4.穩定的抓握階段。)進行實驗。經過多變量變異數分析可以知道筷子時的施力在穩定的抓握階段會最明顯。筷子的使用容易對一般人的大魚際肌造成累積性傷害,而具有手部受傷經驗的人使用筷子則容易對肱二頭肌造成負擔。 |
英文摘要 |
Chopsticks use a type of hard lever, suggesting their strenuous use, which occurs contin-uously daily, resulting in regular burden to the hands. This unknowingly increases the risk of devel-oping musculoskeletal disorders, thereby causing cumulative trauma disorder of the hands. The muscle groups involved in force application during chopstick use must be examined to decrease chopstick-induced burden on hand muscles. In this study, chopstick usage was divided into four phases based on the literature review and a subjective questionnaire as follows: 1) ap-proaching phase, 2) turning phase, including fine turning and adjusting movement, 3) initial contact phase, i.e., when the contact area is suitable for the minimal load force, and 4) stable grasping phase. Objective electromyography measurement was performed for experiments on these four phases of chopstick usage. Subjective/objective experimental revealed that the applied force is the most significant at the stable grasping phase. chopstick usage tends to cause cumula-tive trauma disorder to the thenar muscles of normal individuals. Additionally, individuals with pre-vious hand injuries are susceptible to burden on the biceps brachii muscle when using chopsticks. |
