在廿世紀末、廿一世紀初,美國的大企業鑒於弊案連連,而發覺「道德」是一件非常重要的經營要素,麻省理工學院的彼得,聖吉教授更指出,企業所有者(董事會)與實際經營者(執行長)的「意念」,是引領企業發展上更重要的一項因素。涉及到這些執行長的心念。常能處在「定、靜、安」的狀態,就可以常常獲取非常美好又實用的念頭和創意的想法,方才可以帶領公司脫胎換骨,成爲這一行中的楚翹。中國傳統的儒家,就是以訓練這方面的方法見長。當春秋之世,各國都出現大夫掌政的現象,而孔子所教之學也秉承周之禮樂之學的傳統,以培養執政人才爲主要舊的。兩相對照,就發現傳統儒家的心性之學可以用來訓練現代企業所需要的執行長。 |
英文摘要 |
In the beginning of the 21(superscript th) century, there were many business troubles, and caused many business leaders to find the importance of morality in the running of an enterprise. Professor Peter Senge said that the will of corporate holder and CEO is more important factor. If the CEO of a corporate know how to keep his mind in a condition of silence, than, he can get some useful ideas to help his corporate developing well. Sometimes, his corporate will be the best one in his country. We also found that traditional Confucians set up their teaching goal for the training of civil service in 2500 years ago. Thus, we can apply old Confucian teachings to training modern CEO. |
