中小學生教育體驗需求與滿意度之研究 －以嘉義縣中埔鄉休閒農場為例

本研究主要目的為：（一）瞭解休閒農場現有體驗活動項目對中小學生需求與滿意度之影響。（二）評估中小學生使用休閒農場體驗活動項目獲得的期待值與滿意度分析。（三）針對上述分析結果提供休閒農場作為發展的願景及設計體驗活動之參考。研究對象選定嘉義縣中埔鄉遊客數量較多的三家不同教育體驗類型休閒農場做為研究，總共發出390份問卷（各農場130份），回收有效問卷386份，問卷資料分析採用描述性統計分析、信度分析、t檢定分析、迴歸分析及I.P.A.分析，進行體驗活動項目的描述及假設的檢定，經分析結果得到研究結論如下：1.遊客在中埔鄉不同教育體驗農場進行體驗活動，主要是以生態的體驗活動為主，且生態體驗面向與活動參與者的整體滿意度及重遊意願的關連性最高。2.影響中埔鄉三大休閒農場遊客整體滿意度及重遊意願以生態體驗面向為主，其次為活動項目，再其次為活動特色及環境維護，安全措施，但也要注重其他的體驗面向，才可能提升農場旅遊品質。三大休閒農場之教育體驗活動參與者以女性居多，因此，休閒農場教育體驗活動內容及活動設計應多考量女性需求，朝向細膩貼心方向進行調整。3.休閒農場設計體驗活動項目及設置體驗設施時應考慮基地條件及體驗目的，並避免破壞整體自然環境。

The main goals of this study were: (1) To understand how existing experience activities at leisure farms influence elementary and junior high school students' requirements and level of satisfaction. (2) Assess elementary and junior high school students' expectations of experience activities at leisure farms and analyze their level of satisfaction. (3) Use the above analyses to propose a development vision for local leisure farms and potential challenges. Three of the more popular different leisure farms in Jhongpu Township, Chiayi County, offering different education experiences, were chosen as the subjects of this study. 390 questionnaires were distributed (130 copies at each farm) and 386 effective responses were recovered. The questionnaire results were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, T-test analysis, regression analysis and I.P.A. analysis in order to describe the experience activities and test the hypotheses. The results of the analysis led to the following research conclusions: 1. Most of the experience activities at the educational experience farms in Jhongpu Township conducted by tourists were oriented around ecological experience activities. The ecological experience dimension also had the strongest correlation between the participants' overall level of satisfaction and interest in repeat visits. 2. Ecological experience was the main factor that influenced overall visitor level of satisfaction and interest in repeat visits at the three main leisure farms in Jhongpu Township, followed by activity content, environment maintenance and safety measures. Attention must also be paid to other dimensions of the experience to improve the farms' tourism quality. A majority of participants in the education experience activities at the three main leisure farms were female. The contents and design of the activities should therefore pay more attention to female requirements and place more emphasis on the details. 3. The design of experience activities and the facilities at leisure farms should take site conditions and experience purpose into account to avoid damaging the overall natural environment.
