高科技時代的來臨，網際網路(Internet)崛起，許多的藝術創作都在網路上供人欣賞，也有越來越多的網路使用者漸漸的依賴網路，查詢資料、收集圖檔，與人分享。創造了許多網際網路上的新商機。早期的藝術創作如果要欣賞的話，不是要去書店買作品集不然就是去看展覽，而現在電腦的應用改變了藝術家們創作的表現方式，因此在網路上就變成了大家的展覽好地方。從一九八零年代至一九九零年代，電腦科技發展迅速，以成為多媒體時代，一九九零年之後，電腦已經成為不可或缺的數位藝術創作工具，近幾年開始，部落格的產生使許許多多創作者紛紛冒出頭來，以部落格把自己抒發壓力的塗鴉放至網路供大家分享，造成一股風潮。由此可知網路的力量是很令人佩服，也使藝術創作和電腦進至一個新的紀元。而網路上圖片的分享就成了容易下載的地方，但卻有著作權的問題。本研究目的主要是在探討網路圖像的數入的價值性,研究方法利用網路的便利性，設立一個無版權概念的創作圖像交流網站。使用的狀況會產生一個數據，進而得知輸入價值是否存在在現今數位有版權的年代。

With the coming of high technic era, internet is gradually emerged. Many art creations are posted on it, more and more internet users gradually rely on internet for searching information, collecting images and sharing. It creates many business opportunities. If we want to see the art creations in the early times, we need to buy the art portfolio from the bookstore or visit the exhibition. However, the application of computer changed the presentation way of artist's creations, online exhibition is a good place for showing the production. From 1980 to 1990, computer software has become the essential digital creating tool. In these years; the generation of blog makes many creators become famous. It is a growing trend to share one's daub online for releasing stress. That proves the powerful influence of Internet. It also makes art creation and computer using enter into a new era, it's easy to download images from Internet but we need to care about copyright. This research investigates the value of uploading image to the internet. Research method relies on the convenience of the internet to build an image sharing website without caring copyright. It will generate a data to prove whether the uploading value existing in this digital and copyright concept times.
