彈性凸版印刷因使用環保水性印墨受到重視,而大量廢紙回收製造之瓦楞紙箱需求也日趨殷盛。由於工業用包裝產品,在運輸過程中,免不了磨損;或倉儲時,因長期照射陽等因素,使印刷色彩產生變異。本研究為瞭解及改善印刷品質,首先測試水性油墨基本特性如:酸鹼值、黏度等,再以四色水性印墨與不同花紋轆線數實驗變項展色於兩種瓦楞裱面紙板之樣張後,比較耐磨擦性、耐候性、色樣色彩濃度差異。藉此探討最適彈性凸版印刷之水性印墨適性。研究結果發現,印刷作業適性方面:水性印墨黏度控制在20±5秒左右,大致都在一般範圍內,而酸鹼值介於7.89~8.17偏低;印刷適印性方面:耐磨程度以黑墨耐磨程度最差,其次是黃墨,牛皮裱面紙板耐磨程度優於白面裱面紙板;色樣色彩濃度白面裱面紙板色彩呈現優於牛皮裱面紙板,不同顏色也因酸鹼值過低、黏度偏低影響色彩品質,以黃墨差異最為顯著。

英文摘要

Flexography is valued for the usage environmental protection water-based ink and the recovery manufacturing of wastepaper to corrugated box. Due to corrugated boxes are the industrial used packing product. The corrugated boxes unavoidably rub in transportation process, or they long-term receive the sunlight illumination in warehousing, that cause the printing color to have variation. This study is understanding and improve printing quality, first tests the basic characteristic of water-based ink as: pH, viscosity.. etc, and after tests variable that contains the different appearance of water-based ink and the different hen they can obtain a different of rub resistance, light fastness and chromatic aberration. Hereby the study can treat the better of runnability and printability of water-based ink and flexography. In the runnability: water-based ink viscosity general control about 20±5 seconds, the pH between 7.89~8.17 somewhat low; in the printability: the K ink is worst in rub resistance, next is the Y ink, The rub resistance of kraft linerboard is better than white linerboard. The chromatic aberration of white linerboard is better than kraft linerboard, because the pH of different appearance is also low, the viscosity somewhat low influence color quality, is most remarkable by the Y ink difference.
