面對環境越來越快速的變遷之下,資訊類圖書必須跟隨著資訊產業發展的腳步。出版社面對更高的競爭壓力及市場需求,相對新書產品上市時間的縮短就顯得相當重要了。出版社在產品規劃的階段,就應該開始考慮到如何縮短書的製程,如何降低成本,卻又不影響品質。根據個人參考了「出版」及「模組化」之相關文獻後,深深體認唯有將產品做「模組化」之規劃與管理,創新思維方能跳脫舊有之窠臼。研究結果發現,模組化是一種新思維新策略,能透過將標準單元,整合成不同的模組,有效且快速的組合成新的產品,更能符合市場及客戶的需求,讓產品更彈性化。能達到快速成書、縮短交期、降低成本(作者版稅)、客製需求,相對的即能提高出版社之整體競爭力。出版社透過模組化過程將作者已有的知識先個別單元化,並使其成為一種標準,有系統的整理可隨時套用之模組。相當於建立了一個完整的資料庫,隨時皆有分類詳細之檔案可供利用,面對需求時將可快速印製成書。客戶將可更快速的取得所需之書籍,相對的將可以提高對出版社之信任及評價,獲得更高的滿意度,無形中對於出版社之聲譽大有幫助。

英文摘要

Facing more and more fast vicissitude of the environment, the computer books must follow the information industry development footsteps. The publishing company facing the higher competition pressure and the market demand, reducing the new book launch time on the market appears quite importantly. In the stage of product plan, should start to consider how to reduces the book's system regulation and cost, but not affect the quality. After referred to the literature of ”Publication and Modularity”, I deeply realized only the product ”modular” plan management and innovating thought could leave the old pattern. According to the study modularity is a kind of new though and strategy, penetrate the standard unit, the entire synthesis is different modular, effective also fast make up the new product, to fit it in the market and customer's demand, lets the product more elasticity. Achieving to finish the book fast, reduce delivery time, reduce cost (author royalty), and the customer's demand, enhance the publishing company's whole competitiveness. The publishing company penetrates modularity process to individual modular which the author already knowledge, and cause it to become a kind of standard, reorganization the modular system which could be used anytime. Equal to build a complete date base, classified detailed file could be used anytime printing the book in circulation when demanding. The customer could get the books fast, and it will enhance trust of publishing company and judgement, to obtain higher satisfaction, get the publishing company's good name imperceptibly
