南部印刷產業調查分析與發展之研究

本研究針對南部印刷產業進行產業現況調查，實地進行廠商訪查、專家訪談、舉辦產業座談會，藉以鑑別產業價值供應鏈，找出高值化產品方向，並分析其中所需之關鍵技術。由本計畫執行成果得知，初步分析之結果，面臨逐漸飽和的市場與眾多競爭對手，南部印刷廠商必須找出本身核心能力，開發不同於市場之新產品或新技術，才能跳脫削價競爭的死胡同，例如：利用高線數印刷技術以及色彩校正技術，以此開發精緻畫冊市場；發展特殊印刷產品或功能性產品，避開擁擠之平版印刷市場，開拓新市場客戶。

The research is about the printing industry survey of the south in Taiwan. Using interviews to the manufacturer and expert, holding conference of printing industry so as to distinguish industry value supply chain. We use the research to find the directions of the production of high value-added and analyse the key technologies. The planning carries out the some achievements. The important things are about finding the itself core abilities of the south printing manufacturers in Taiwan.? Develops different the new product or the new technology with the market to avoid the pressure of price reductions. For instance.? develop the market of fine picture albums. Invent the special printing products or the functionality products to avoid the market of offset printing.?
