國軍印刷廠目前主要承製軍方書籍、期刊、地圖等印製品。然而，傳統的印製技術己不符合目前業界多元化的潮流。在印刷設備與擴建資金有限的條件之下，面對全國軍的印刷業務，如何做好即時性的工作流程掌控，以降低產品錯誤的發生率，將會是節省成本支出的一項重要議題。本文將探討國軍印刷工廠自動化管理的可行性，以目前印刷業界CIP4聯盟的組織理念為基礎，並嘗試導入普遍使用的ERP企業資源規劃管理系統，來掌控作業工作流程，期能減少人工控管的疏漏。
英文摘要

The military printing industry mainly print military's books, periodical, map and the products at present. However, traditional printing technology has not accorded with the trend with pluralistic industry at present. The condition with limited fund in the printing equipment, how to reduce the products wrong incidence by doing instant workflow well to control in the face of the printing business, it will be an important topic of saving the costs. This text will probe into feasibility of printing automatic management of the military printing industry, in order to print the organic idea of the industry CIP4 alliance at present, and try to channel into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to control workflow and reduce wrong incidence that artificial in charge of, that every enterprise-like corporation generally use.
