由於近年來數位化印刷技術發展逐漸成熟，不論在數位印刷設備、大尺寸輸出設備及專業色彩管理軟體上均有明顯的進展，為因應環保及成本訴求，打樣方式由傳統打樣轉變為數位打樣，透過數位打樣技術以模擬最終印刷效果。為達成印前至印刷色彩一致性的目標，ISO國際標準化組織針對各種印刷版式建立ISO 12647系列的國際標準。印刷工業技術研究中心於94年度起依ISO為參考依據，推出CSC色彩認證，針對數位打樣、數位印刷系統之色彩表現能力進行評估，探取公開、公正的方式執行此認證服務，以提供印刷產業一致的色彩標準為目標。本文即針對CSC認證自推廣至今的發展現況進行統計分析，以瞭解國內的數位打樣環境，並針對量測數據結果進行色彩分析，包含紙張、墨水及RIP軟體之多種組合，作為打樣評估參考之依據，除了讓印刷業者瞭解國內數位打樣印刷現況之外，亦能思考企業導入國際色彩標準的觀念。 |
| 英文摘要 |
According to the technical maturity of digital printing, the development of digital printer, wide format inkjet printer and color management system was obvious. Complying with the eco issues and the production cost, proofing was exchanged from traditional printing proof to digital proof to simulate the final products. International Standards Organization established ISO 12647 series for the printing standards. After it, Printing Technology Research Institute promoted CSC certification in accordance with ISO standards Since the 94th year of the Republic of China, evaluating the color reproduction abilities of digital proof and digital printing systems. The purpose of CSC certification is providing a unity color standard to the printing industry. To describe the present situation of CSC certification, this article has a statistical analysis of many combinations of proofing papers, inks and RIP software to evaluate the color variation. Through this research, in addition to know about the internal digital proofing and printing present situations, it also enhanced the international standards concepts to the printing industry. |
