印刷市場趨勢近幾年不段朝向特殊印材及環保製程發展,相關之設備材料廠商也不斷針對此方向進行研發製造,應用紫外線(Ultraviolet, UV)固化油墨的UV印刷為被廣泛應用於特殊材料之印刷技術,隨著第四代光源-發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode, LED)逐漸進入發展成熟階段,相關技術也開始被應用於UV印刷製程中以取代傳統燈管之使用,達到節能減碳之等效益,因此本文章將針對LED燈源於UV印刷節能環保發展之影響作一分析探討。

英文摘要

Special printed materials and environmental protection process development is printing market trends in recent years. The related equipment and materials manufacturers have been manufactured for research and development in this direction. Applied UV (Ultraviolet, UV) curable inks, UV printing is widely used in special materials printing technology. With the fourth generation light source-light emitting diodes (Light Emitting Diode, LED) developed gradually into the mature stage, the relevant technology is also beginning to be used in UV printing process to replace the use of the traditional lamp to achieve the carbon reduction. So this article analysis the impact of energy saving from development of UV LED print technology.
