蒸鍍鋁紙和一般銅版紙有所不同,其表面具有金屬鋁的光澤與特性。一般銅版紙其表面雖有塗佈白土,因具有吸墨之特性,經紫外線乾燥後,印墨特性是否與印刷於蒸鍍鋁紙一樣。此外,印墨在蒸鍍鋁紙的墨膜厚度與其滿版濃度有何種程度的相關性,亦是印刷人想要了解的特性。 本研究以IGT展色機將不同厚薄的紫外線印墨,轉印於蒸鍍鋁紙上,藉由濃度計的量測其濃度,發現供墨量與墨轉移量呈現線性關係,而滿版濃度對墨膜厚度的比值,在一段範圍內呈現遞減趨勢。 |
英文摘要 |
The surface with a metallic luster and characteristics of vapor aluminized paper is different from the ones of general coated paper. Although the general coated paper coated clay surface, as has the characteristics of ink, Under UV drying, Printing inks on its features are still the same as on the vapor aluminized paper. In addition, the ink film thickness in the solid ink density of vapor aluminized paper to what extent the correlation is people want to know the characteristics of the printing. In this study, using IGT C1 machine show different thickness of UV ink that transfer on vapor aluminized paper. By using densitometer, we could measure their density and understand the ink amount of supplier and transfer. Also we could learn the relationship and characteristics of printing film thickness and solid ink density. |
