隨著資訊科技的發達和網際網路的方便普遍性,使得資訊數位化越來越重要,逐漸改變了人們在知識取得的管道和溝通的方式,更可以將匯集的知識傳遞到世界各地,達到知識共享的目的。博物館利用數位典藏方式讓既有的古文物經過數位化的程序而得以大量匯集且長久保存,以利後代人們方便蒐尋學習。本研究以國立歷史博物館全球資訊網終身學習課程中的「千古一草聖于右任的書法世界」為研究範圍,以三百位使用者為樣本,先讓使用者使用「千古一草聖于右任的書法世界」的網頁,透過問卷調查研究樣本之數位學習學習成效、使用滿意度與使用成效,再深入分析系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質對於使用者滿意度、使用成效的影響。研究結果發現數位學習系統提供的內容讓使用者感到滿意時,便會提升學習的意願和成效;對系統感到滿意時,即有可能再次使用系統的意願。因此,建議數位學習網站應包含簡單易用的學習系統使得相容性更高,生動活潑的數位教學內容吸引學習者能有更大的學習動力,並提供互動交流平台來達到雙向而不只是單向的互動。 |

Museum of the recent development of great importance to the promotion of education, using the Internet as e-readers to read more and more popular, as well as the development of digital archives mature, museums, digital archives way to make use of the existing number of ancient artifacts to be digitized a large number of collection procedures and durable, easy to search for people the benefit of future generations to learn.
