色彩識別是需要複雜運算的尖端技術,市場上高階的色彩識別產品,必須藉由電腦才能勝任高速運算的工作,以致佔用工作面積大、維護成本提高等弊病。本研究以德州儀器(TI)msp430或ST Cortex-M3嵌入式系統開發色彩識別系統,並整合單一光學機構的白色LED光源、30萬畫素CMOS影像感測器與手機鏡頭,本研究結果證明採用影像演算的色彩識別技術可精準辨識色彩,色彩識別設備也更為輕巧,進一步藉由DINKLE BUS智慧端子的連結構築裝置網路(Net of devices ),本研究技術引領色彩工業裝置連結網路,並開啟雲端服務創新應用的契機。

英文摘要

The color recognition requires complex operations, cutting-edge technologies. High-end color recognition products on the market, by the computer can perform highspeed computing, resulting in the work area is occupied, maintenance costs, and other ills. In this study, using the TI msp430 or ST Cortex-M3 embedded system to develop color recognition system, and integrated white LED light source of the single-ray architecture, 300,000 pixels CMOS image sensor with mobile phone camera. The results of this study prove that the images color calculus technology, can precise identification of color. The color recognition device is also more compact to build a device network (Net of devices) in the future. And the DINKLE BUS, wisdom terminal link, the technology to lead the color of the plant interconnection networks, open cloud innovative applications opportunity.
