Double-sided Autostereoscopic Imaging technology is mainly the use of two different structures for the microlens array, the moiré principle is applied to threedimensional view, from different faces can see different images, The images on both sides do not interfere with each other, this study will be printed microlens array, measured by conjugate microscope 16 groups of parameters, through the optical software Light Tools to simulate the analysis, in addition to the use of three different thickness of the PET, three different specifications of the microlens, the design of up and down 20mm moire 3d depth and two kinds of sharp square and round pattern, And then choose optimize parameters and then design a box, with offset printing of different structures moire images on both sides, and then screen printing two different structures of micro-lens array, experiment results show that the current method is to achieve rapid Double - sided Autostereoscopic Imaging technology, but there is still much to improve the quality of micro-lens array space.
