隨著印刷噴印技術成熟及生產速度提升,個性化商品已是市場趨勢,數位噴印於非平整面的材料噴印逐漸普及,因此,在噴印過程中,需透過人工反覆調整圖像與被印材相對位置,如此才有辦法噴印,但這會造成生產時間長、產能低及耗損高的問題,且無法體驗到達到商品客製快速設計和產出的目標。為解決成品非平整面與圖像噴印精準對位的問題,本研究以客製鞋類為例,測試及驗證自動圖紋形變軟體及曲面深度影像對位披覆系統。由初步實際噴印測試結果推估,可以發現,減少現階段製程時間20~30%,降低耗損成本50%,如此以減少企業成本,並且非常地有助於客製化商品產業的市場推動。 |

With the advance of printing technologies and the improvement of production speed, the business of personalized products has become a market trend, and the digital printing on curved surface substrate is gradually more popular. Therefore, in the inkjet printing process, the accuracy of position between images and curved surface is required to achieve perfect printing results, but it causes problems including long production time, low production capacity and high consumption. It is hard to achieve the quick design and output for customized products by manual adjustment. To solve this problem, the study takes print-on-demand footwear as an example to test and identify the abilities of automatic image deformation software and the curved surface overlay system. Based on the preliminary test results, it can be seen that both the software and the system are applied, the printing process time is reduced by 20~30%, and consumption cost is reduced the by 50%, reducing the expenses and greatly promoting the customized products market. |
