實踐證實,肝病者均兼夾不同程度的脾胃病,故辛酸食物當為肝病、脾病所禁忌。但臨床治療肝病常見久服或過服苦寒藥物,致寒濕困脾,脾陽不振,土壅木鬱之候,此時除用以辛味開鬱之外,並囑患者燒菜多用生薑輔佐,以協助藥物治療。而由於目前在台灣最常見的肝病首推肝炎及肝硬化,故筆者特整理肝炎及肝硬化疾患之其飲食宜忌提供中醫師及病患參考應用。 |
英文摘要 |
Patterns of cold-dampness encumbering the spleen, spleen yang deficiency and liver depression are noted after taking bitter-cold herbs for a long time. Ginger could be used in cooking. Hepatitis and liver cirrhosis are the common liver diseases in Taiwan. I will discuss the compatibility and incompatibility of diet in these two liver diseases. |
