腳底按摩在台灣名聞遐邇，國內腳底按摩店及養生館林立，生意絡繹不絕，因此讓筆者想深入探討腳底按摩的魅力與效果，因此採用文獻回顧的方式進行，期待結果能提供給對腳底按摩有興趣的人參考。

Reflexology therapy is very famous in Taiwan. There are many foot massage stores on the streets and the business is booming. So, this literature review will investigate the effect of foot massage and find out why so popular in Taiwan. We expect to provide the results to those people interesting in the reflexology therapy for reference.
