由國際排球總會於1992年所發展出來的排球資訊系統(Volleyball Information System, VIS),到目前為止都是重大排球賽會中,大會進行各項技術表現分析量化的主要工具,也是最後大會頒發最佳球員的客觀依據來源。個人與團隊在比賽中的表現,在特定位置或具有貢獻度的獎項,不再藉由主觀的人為判斷或透過投票選出,而是根據VIS系統最後的統計結果而產生。因此,資訊系統記錄的效度,必須能反映出選手與教練對該項技術認同的共同價值,也必須要反映出特定位置的最佳球員對於比賽整體的貢獻度。本研究的目的欲透過排球資訊系統所判定最佳舉球員的依據與指標,比較與探討教練對於優秀舉球員特質的認知,以及舉球員主導比賽的貢獻與價值,提供國內未來在發展與改善排球資訊系統的參考。

英文摘要

The Volleyball Information System (VIS) developed by the International Volleyball Federation in 1992 has been used in major volleyball tournaments so far. The conference provides information on quantitative analysis of various technologies during the game, and it is also the final issue of the conference. The objective basis for the best player, the recorded performance of individuals and teams in the game, so that players in specific positions and awards for specific contributions are no longer selected by subjective human judgment or voting, but by performance records. The final statistical results are generated. Therefore, the validity of the information system record must reflect the common value of the player and the coach to the technology, and the best player in a specific position must reflect the contribution to the position, with overall considerations. The purpose of this research is to compare the basis and indicators of the top setter judged by the volleyball information system with the coach’s knowledge of the characteristics of excellent setters, and the contribution and value that the top setter should contribute to the team. Provide reference for the development and improvement of the volleyball information system in Taiwan in the future.
