家長對國小課後照顧班課後托育品質之調查研究－以屏東縣國小課後照顧班為例

本研究旨在探討家長對學齡兒童課後托育服務品質重要性程度的看法，本研究採問卷調查方法進行資料蒐集，採分層隨機方式進行抽樣，以屏東地區20所國小低年級學童之家長爲研究對象，實際有效樣本爲205位。本研究所得之研究發現與結論如下：整體而言，家長對服務品質之看法，傾向於「很重要」。另外，不同背景的家長對兒童課後托育服務品質看法有顯著差異：在「收費合理」方面，教育程度較低的家長對繳交各項費用的合理性比較注重；在「行政服務」方面，高中職畢業的家長較專科以上畢業的家長更重視。最後，依據研究結果對教育行政機關及學校提出可行建議，作爲政府與學校研擬課後托育服務相關政策之參考。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the parents' perceptions on the level of importance of quality of after-school programs. A survey questionnaire designed by the investigators served as the research instrument for this study. Participants, including the first and second graders' parents from twenty elementary schools with after-school programs in Ping-Tung areas, were randomly selected. The valid questionnaires were 205 copies. The results of this study include the following: Generally, parents' viewpoint on the importance from quality of after-school programs lean toward 'important'. Parents with different background show different opinions on quality of after-school program; parents with lower level of education were more concerned about the rationality of charge, and parents graduated from high school are more concerned about schools' administration than parents graduated from college and above. Based on results, suggestions regarding policy of after-school programs are provided to schools and government.
