本研究旨在探討幼兒園教師對鬆散素材融入大肌肉活動之態度與教學信念的情形,透過相關統計分析,瞭解其差異性,研究結果如下:1.「創造能力」是鬆散素材融入大肌肉活動態度的最佳正向構面。2.「教師角色」是鬆散素材融入大肌肉活動教學首要信念。3.「可以增強幼兒邏輯能力」及「可以促進幼兒人際溝通的能力」於不同年齡層有顯著水準關係。4.「可以提升幼兒社交互動能力」及「鬆散素材應配合教學主題,設計不同的大肌活動」於不同職務呈現顯著水準關係,幼教教師皆顯著高於教保員。5.任職以來曾經參與過鬆散素材相關課程或研習會於「鬆散素材的運用應觀察幼兒於大肌肉活動中的能力」中,平均分數顯著高於從未參加者。6.鬆散素材融入大肌肉活動之態度與教學信念呈正向關係,其構面間亦達顯著水準。

英文摘要

This study aims to explore the attitude and teaching belief of preschool teachers when including loose materials into gross motor activities. Through statistical analysis and understanding of their differences, the study reached the following conclusions: 1. "Creative ability" is the best positive aspect in terms of attitude when including loose materials into gross motor activities. 2. "Instructor's role" is the primary teaching belief when including loose materials into gross motor activities. 3. "Improving children's logic capabilities"and"promotes children's interpersonal communication capabilities"show significant levels of correlation across different age groups. 4. "Improves children's social interaction capabilities"and"gross motor activities should be designed with different teaching themes corresponding to loose materials" show significant levels of correlation across different job roles, preschool teachers are significantly higher than educare givers. 5. Those who have attended courses or workshops related to loose materials since their appointment to the job attained a higher average score in "observation of children's capabilities when loose materials are applied to gross motor activities" compared to those who have never participated. 6. The attitude and teaching belief of including loose materials in gross motor activities show a positive correlation and the aspects each achieve significant levels.
