本文提出一個完整的研究架構,以釐清學習導向、結構資本與企業績效三者間的關聯性,以上市(櫃)企業為樣本,利用線性結構方程式(SEM)檢測其關係。研究結果驗證學習導向四個構面(包含對學習的承諾、開發心智、共享願景及組織內部知識共享)透過結構資本的中介效果影響企業績效。得知,企業為創造高績效,須藉由結構資本來提升,而其源頭為學習導向,換言之,當公司重視學習導向,不僅提升結構資本,且能增進企業績效,並對業界提出建議。

英文摘要

This paper is to provide a complete study framework to investigate the relationships among learning orientation, structural capital and firm performance based on samples of listed companies in Taiwan and these relationships are tested with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It can be seen from our study that structural capital mediates the relationship between four dimensions of learning orientation, including commitment to learning, open-mindedness, shared vision, intra-organizational knowledge sharing, and the firm performance. As the source of structural capital, learning orientation is favorable to high firm performance and the management implication which is provided to the industry as a result.
