本研究主要目的在瞭解國民小學校長領導閱讀教學和學校創新經營的現況,進而分析並討論不同個人背景變項之國小教師覺知國小校長在領導閱讀教學和學校創新經營上之差異情形和相關性,最後探討領導閱讀教學對學校創新經營的影響情形。本研究係採立意隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查,正式問卷施測回收有效問卷為325份。從本研究之資料分析中獲得下列結論:(一)國小教師對整體領導閱讀教學和整體學校創新經營的看法均介於中上程度的水準;(二)不同背景變項的國小教師所知覺的領導閱讀教學在「婚姻狀況」、「年齡」、「教育程度」和「工作年資」上具有顯著差異;(三)不同背景變項的國小教師所知覺的學校創新經營在「性別」、「年齡」、「教育程度」和「工作年資」上具有顯著差異;(四)國民小學校長領導閱讀教學各構面與學校創新經營各構面均呈正相關,且均達顯著差異水準;(五)領導閱讀教學與學校創新經營間達顯著相關,且領導閱讀教學各向度對學校創新經營具有中等程度的影響力。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this research is to understand the current status of the Leadership on Reading Instruction and School Innovation Management of the School Principals, and then analyze and discuss the difference of different personal background variables on the Leadership on Reading Instruction and School Innovation Management, and finally discusses the prediction status of the Leadership on Reading Instruction towards the School Innovation Management. This research adopts questionnaire and random sampling, 500pcs of formal questionnaires were issued, so that 325pcs were valid. From the information analysis on this research, the following conclusion can be achieved: 1. Teachers in elementary school perspective on the whole Leadership on Reading Instruction and School Innovation Management is above the average level. 2. The Leadership on Reading Instruction perceives by Teachers in elementary school with different background variables has remarkable difference on gender, age, education background, and annual salary. 3. The School Innovation Management perceives by Teachers in elementary school with different background variables has remarkable difference on gender, age, education background, and annual salary. 4. Each perspective of the Leadership on Reading Instruction and School Innovation Management of the School Principals presents positive correlation, and reaches the level of obvious difference. 5. The correlation between the Leadership on Reading Instruction and School Innovation Management is remarkable, and each dimension of the Leadership on Reading Instruction has medium degree of predictive power towards the School Innovation Management. |
