In response to the development of the new global economy, innovation is the only way to create new markets, and design is also the only tool to achieve innovation. In recent years, Taiwan’s economy has not been able to find suitable talents for the industry, and youth unemployment has remained stubbornly high. The problem of academic drop is serious. This study uses quality research such as literature review, employment market analysis, and research on education site issues. We look forward to the analysis of the quality and quantity of demand for industrial talents. Course development reference. Taiwan’s "design industry" development trend, a variety of cultural and creative design, digital content, design services is the new blue ocean, and the industry category from simple design or manufacturing, into a package design service industry. In the next three years, the three major trends of "Rise of China Market", "Brand Development" and "ICT Development" (Information and Communication Technology) will continue to impact the responsiveness and talent demands of the design service industry. This study aims at the establishment of the Technical High School Advertising Design Section (hereinafter referred to as the "Advanced Vocational Division") through the analysis of the status quo of the old and new textbooks, the analysis of vocational credits, studies and employment pathways in the higher vocational institutes. The high school grade school of the Advertising Design Section proposes curriculum development proposals and implements the educational goals of "spontaneity, interaction, and mutual prosperity" to assist students in seamlessly connecting to higher education or employment after graduation. Help students move toward self-fulfilling life.
