With the increasing demand for leisure and entertainment and the increasing number of foreign self-helped tourists visiting Taiwan, the number of people using MRT as transportation is also increasing. Based on the research done in this paper, the problem of using MRT as a means of transportation is mainly that it is not easy for tourists to plan the visit of local attractions or food choices since there are not many near the MRT stations. In particular, because of the vast territory of New Taipei City, many places still need to be connected by buses. Therefore, if the tourists want to use the mass transit for a day trip, they will often spend a lot of time in searching the bus routes and schedules to get to the attractions. In order to solve this problem, this study designed the "NTC MRT One-Day Travel" App is developed based on this study using the online to offline e-commerce model to allow the New Taipei City tourists to plan their itinerary. In the future, it is planned to combine this App with the tourism industry in Taiwan to expand the service scope of "NTC MRT One-Day Travel" to most of cities in Taiwan and increase the revenue of Taiwan's tourism industry.
