The aim of this study was to discuss the relationships among the spiritual health, intergenerational relationship, aging attitude and self-worth of the elderly learners. Simultaneously, analyzed the differences of different demographic variables in all of them mentioned above. The objects were the New Taipei City elderly learning center students. Purposive sampling was conducted the questionnaire survey. Total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 486 valid samples were retrieved, with an effective response rate of 97.2%. The statistic software IBM SPSS 22 was used for data analysis. The statistical methods included descriptive statistic, independent-samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows. The different demographic variables have partial significant differences in the spiritual health, intergenerational relationship, aging attitude and self-worth. Spiritual health and intergenerational relationship have significant positive correlation. Intergenerational relationship and aging attitude have significant positive correlation. Spiritual health and aging attitude also have significant positive correlation. Spiritual health, intergenerational relationship and aging attitude all have significant positive effect on self-worth. Finally, spiritual health, intergenerational relationship and aging attitude can effectively predict self-worth. Meanwhile, the "positive aging self-awareness" dimension of aging attitude has the best prediction.
