六十七，字居魯，滿洲鑲紅旗人。乾隆九年至十二年，任巡臺御史三年。在臺期間倩工繪製《臺海采風圖》、《番社采風圖》，另著《臺海采風圖考》、《番社采風圖考》。島內學者對《番社采風圖考》皆不陌生，至於《臺海采風圖考》，直到2011年始由本文作者引進臺灣。臺灣圖書館藏《臺海采風圖》12幅，總共繪有40種動、植物，其中21種未載《臺海采風圖考》，多為尋常果蔬，與六十七《臺海采風圖考》序文「多中土所未見者」相牴觸。這21種尋常果蔬的題詞，在在顯示繪者熟諳臺情，或可證實為遊宦臺灣者倩工所繪。至於「荔支」條的題詞，更透露出臺灣圖書館藏《臺海采風圖》作於六十七之後。因而作者認為，臺灣圖書館藏本《臺海采風圖》為後世增刪損益之作，應非六十七原作摹本，更非原件。

Liu Shi Qi, a mandarin, assumed office as Taiwan Inspective Censor in 1744-1777. During his tenure of office, he hired artisan-painters to draw two series of paintings: ＂Aborigine Tribal Panorama Prints＂ and ＂Taiwan Panorama Prints＂. In addition, he also completed two books to explain those prints: ＂Aborigine Tribal Panorama Prints Commentary＂ and ＂Taiwan Panorama Prints Commentary＂. From the Japanese colonial period till now, no Taiwanese scholars read ＂Taiwan Panorama Prints Commentary＂. The author got a manuscript of ＂Taiwan Panorama Prints Commentary＂ fortunately from The Institute of History of Natural Science in 2011, and after this we got a key to study ＂Taiwan Panorama Prints＂. Making a study on their contents and illustrations, we notice that they are later than Liu Shi Qi's ＂Taiwan Panorama Prints＂. In other words they are not the original manuscripts.
