宋應星《天工開物》中記載了中國古代製取植物油脂的方法:榨法、煮取法和磨法(朝鮮有舂法);其後,凡所涉及「膏液」製取,皆雲三種技藝。近年,在貴州地區發現了一種鮮見於文獻的傳統製油技藝——蒸餾冷凝製油法,這種脫胎於蒸餾製酒的技藝最早被用於製取木薑油,歷經久遠,沿用至今。結合考察所見,對這一技藝的裝置、工序及所遵循的原理做一初步分析,以求對蒸餾冷凝製油法得到較全面的認知。 |

Three kinds of methods for producing vegetable oils and fats are described in "Tiangong Kaiwu", namely pressing, boiling and grinding. All these three methods of oil production are unanimously considered to be the collection of the methods of making vegetable oils in ancient China. ; In recent years in Guizhou region found a rare in the literature describes the oil technology - distillation condensation oil method, this technique was first used to produce wood oil, Guizhou to aquarium, Dong, Gelao and other ethnic minorities are Have this technique, a long history and still in use today. In this paper, a preliminary analysis of the device, process and principles of this technique was carried out in order to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the technology of distilling vegetable oil. |
