英文摘要 |
Meteorological satellites orbiting the Earth can transmit observed clouds, terrain and oceans from space back to the ground. In the 1972s, the Physics Department of the Chung Cheng Institute of Technology developed a set of meteorological satellite automatic picture transmission ground receiving system. Due to the superior performance of the developed system, it was approved by the US official agency to give this ground receiving station a formal number. This receiving system can be used to capture cloud image signals from meteorological satellites and then convert them into photos.
