成立於1926年初的中國生理學會是1912-1949年間中國最重要的科學團體之一，但科學史家對其研究尚非常有限。本文根據文獻檔案資料，確定學會創建之初的三十二位會員的準確名單，梳理他們的生平，教育背景及學術專長，澄清一些不準確的記述，並對此早期會員群體進行初步分析和評論。 |
| 英文摘要 |
The Chinese Physiological Society is one of the earliest scientific societies in the Republican Era China. Currently there is little study of its history and the scarcely available literature still contains factual errors. This and a supplementary article provide the complete list of the Society's 32 original and early members, along with their biographical sketches. Their educational background and scientific expertise are highlighted. Some preliminary analyses and as well as highlights and comments on the group's demographyic, educational background, academic lineage and scientific expertise academic characteristics are presented. |
