本研究目的在探討影響大學生參與服務學習課程滿意度的相關因素。受試者為台南地區三所私立科技大學參與服務學習課程517位學生。研究發現:1.性別變項在服務學習動機、阻礙與滿意度層面上有顯著差異;年級變項在自我實現滿意度層面上有顯著差異;社團經驗變項僅在外在阻礙層面上有顯著差異;而志工經驗變項具在價值動機、情感動機、人際互動,以及內在阻礙、互動阻礙與整體阻礙層面上有顯著差異存在。2.不同低中高服務學習動機、阻礙水準對滿意度皆呈現顯著差異。3.價值動機、期望動機、情感動機與互動阻礙等層面是影響服務學習課程滿意度之重要因素,其中期望動機的影響力最大,情感動機最小。4.服務學習阻礙在動機與滿意度間具有顯著的中介影響效果。最後,根據研究結果提出若干建議與後續研究方向,供大學校院與學生參考運用。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of motivation, barrier on satisfaction towards service-learning course in college students. Subjects were sampled from three private technological universities in Tainan, and the effective sample size was 517. The results show: 1.There is significant difference on motivation towards service-learning by gender and volunteers experience variables, barriers towards service-learning by the variable of gender, club experiences, volunteer experiences, and satisfaction towards service-learning by the variable of gender, school grade, cub experience. 2. There is significant difference existed among different motivation, barriers from the lower, middle and higher degree on satisfaction of service-learning scale. 3. The effects on satisfaction towards service-learning are explained significantly including the variable of value motivation, expectancy motivation, affective motivation and interaction barriers. 4. The barrier factors play the significant mediating variables between motivation and satisfaction towards service-learning course. Finally, the recommends for related college students, colleges and universities and future study are drawn. |
