台灣醫療美容觀光的參與動機與滿意度之研究–以高屏地區為例

本研究目的為探討臺灣高屏地區消費者對醫療美容觀光的參與動機與滿意程度的差異情形。研究對象以高屏地區108位民眾為對象。研究工具為自編「醫療美容觀光的參與動機及滿意度調查」問卷進行調查。資料處理方面，則以spss14.0版統計軟體進行分析，並以t考驗、單因數變異數等方式進行統計分析。研究結果發現：一、不同性別對於參與動機差異未達顯著水準；整體滿意度女性高於男性。二、不同年齡的參與動機差異未達顯著水準；年齡25歲以下的消費者其整體與環境的滿意度顯著高於36歲以上者。三、不同教育程度的參與動機與滿意度差異均未達顯著水準。四、不同職業在參與動機的感受上差異未達顯著水準；整體、服務品質的滿意度上，差異雖達顯著水準，但事後比較得知，並無差異存在。五、不同月收入對於參與動機、滿意度差異均未達顯著水準。

The purpose of this study were to explore the Taiwan's medical and cosmetic tourism consumer participation motivation and satisfaction differences in circumstances. Study in 108 people in the Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County of the object. Research tools for the self ＂medical and cosmetic tourism motivation and satisfaction survey＂ questionnaire. Data processing, statistical software version places spss14.0 analysis and t-test, One-way ANOVA for statistical analysis. The results showed that: 1 motivation for different gender was not significant level; overall satisfaction in women than men. 2.participate motivation differences ages did not reach a significant level; the age of 25 consumers their overall satisfaction and environment satisfaction significantly above 36 years of age. 3. the different levels of education motivation and satisfaction did not reach a significant level. 4.the different occupations for motivation did not reach a significant level; overall and service quality satisfaction, although the difference was significant, but relatively afterwards that no difference exists. 5.the different monthly income for motivation and satisfaction did not reach a significant level.
