本研究之目的在探討國小學童在休閒運動參與、正向情緒,以及學習壓力之情形,並進一步探討國小學童之休閒運動參與、正向情緒以及與學習壓力之間相關影響情形。以嘉義縣國小學童為研究對象,發出400份問卷,回收310份有效問卷,有效回收率為77.5%。資料經統計分析結果發現:國小學童運動參與會負向影響學習壓力,運動參與會正向影響正向情緒,正向情緒會負向影響學習壓力會越低。正向情緒在模式中是屬於部分中介效果。以上結果可提供國小學童改善學習壓力參考。 |
英文摘要 |
This study aims to explore elementary school students' situations of recreational sports participation, positive emotion and learning stress and further probe into their correlation. Research subjects are elementary school students in Chiayi County. This study distributes a total of 400 questionnaires and retrieves 310 valid ones. Valid return rate is 77.5%. According to statistical analysis result on data, elementary school students' sports participation negatively influences learning stress. Sports participation positively influences positive emotion and positive emotion negatively influences learning stress. In the model, positive emotion shows partial mediation effect. The previous findings can serve as reference to improve elementary school students' learning stress. |
