本研究在探討卡巴迪選手在團隊凝聚力、團隊信任、運動涉入的差異分析,並驗證團隊凝聚力、團隊信任、運動涉入及訓練滿意度之間關係。以108學年度全國中等學校卡巴迪選手為研究對象,共收集九所國中247位卡巴迪選手問卷資料。經統計分析結果顯示:(一)年級變項在團隊凝聚力及運動涉入變項未達顯著性差異,在團隊信任達顯著差異。(二)性別變項在運動涉入及團隊信任變項未達顯著性差異,在團隊凝聚力達顯著差異。(三)訓練年資變項在運動涉入變項未達顯著性差異,在團隊凝聚力及團隊信任達顯著差異。(四)是否得獎變項在運動涉入及團隊信任變項未達顯著性差異,在團隊凝聚力達顯著差異。(五)每次訓練時間變項在團隊凝聚力、運動涉入及團隊信任變項皆未達顯著性差異。(六)選手團隊凝聚力會正向影響團隊信任,團隊凝聚力會正向影響運動涉入,團隊凝聚力會正向影響訓練滿意度,團隊信任會正向影響訓練滿意度,運動涉入會正向影響訓練滿意度。(七)團隊凝聚力、團隊信任、運動涉入等變項能解釋卡巴迪國中選手訓練滿意度變項的67%解釋變異量。 |

This research adopted a differential analysis approach to explore how training satisfaction correlates to background variables of junior high school kabaddi athletes' team cohesion, team trust, and sports involvement. The 2019 roster of national junior high school kabaddi athletes were targeted, and 249 players from nine junior high schools were distributed questionnaires for data collection. Statistical analysis based on the data collected shows the following results. 1) The age variable shows no significant difference in team cohesion and sports involvement, but it has reached a significant difference in team trust. 2) The gender variable did not reach a significant difference in terms of sport involvement and team trust but has reached a significant difference in terms of team cohesion. 3) The training portfolio variable did not reach a significant difference in terms of sport involvement but has reached a significant difference in terms of team cohesion and team trust. 4) Award attainment did not show a significant difference in sports involvement and team trust but has reached a significant difference in team cohesion. 5) The training schedule variable did not show significant differences in team cohesion, sports involvement, and team trust. 6) The athletes' team cohesion brings a positive impact on team trust, and team cohesion has a positive impact on sports involvement. Team cohesion has a positive influence on training satisfaction. Team trust has a positive impact on training satisfaction. Sports involvement has a positive impact on training satisfaction. 7) Team cohesion, team trust, and sport involvement variables explain the 67% explained variance for the training satisfaction variable among junior high school Kabaddi athletes. |
